Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Customers may only return a product if they have received the wrong item compared to what was displayed in the online picture.
  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.

Return Process:

  2. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the incorrect item, including the original packaging and any accessories.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided along with the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item).
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is indeed the wrong item, we will process your refund or arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
